Why do people continue to immigrate to the U.S these days?
The reasons are similar to those in the past:The peoples wish to escape poverty,unemployment,growing populations,political instability.Many who come are taking advantage of a new policy of family reunification,many immigrants opted for the cities because it's easier to blend in.While many had come expecting to find jobs,put away some money,and then return home,in fact,only a few did go back to the old country;most stay to star a new life and put down roots in their new land.The traditional concept of immigration may be changing soon
